What cookies are
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and device identifiers. This policy describes their use on the Kshana API website and application.
Essential use
Kshana API uses essential browser storage to maintain authenticated sessions, protect refresh tokens, route requests securely, remember interface choices, prevent abuse, and preserve actions required to provide the service.
Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in, session renewal, account protection, billing actions, or other application functions from working correctly.
Analytics and optional technologies
With your permission, Kshana API uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page usage, navigation, and general product engagement. Analytics is disabled until you select Allow analytics. We do not intentionally send WhatsApp message content, contact details, phone numbers, account credentials, or payment details to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, page path, and interaction information under Google's terms. Kshana API removes query strings and masks identifier-like path segments before recording page views. We do not enable Google advertising signals in this integration.
Managing browser storage
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings. Removing Kshana API session data will normally sign you out. Browser controls apply per device and browser profile.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser. Clearing the browser's site data resets the choice and causes the preference prompt to appear again.
Questions about a specific cookie or storage item can be sent to support@kshanaapi.com with the browser, page URL, and cookie name involved.
