Kshana API does not ask for your password, one-time password, Meta access token, payment card number, or Razorpay secret in a support request.
How to contact us
Email support@kshanaapi.com or call +91 9346195204. Account holders can also use the support and contact links available inside Kshana API.
For faster investigation, include your registered email address, workspace name, affected WhatsApp phone number with only the final four digits visible, the time of the issue, and any relevant error or invoice number. Never send passwords, access tokens, card details, or full sensitive identifiers.
What we can help with
Support requests are routed according to their operational impact and the team required to investigate.
- Account access, invitations, roles, and workspace configuration
- Meta Embedded Signup, WABA connection, phone numbers, templates, webhooks, and message delivery
- Contacts, campaigns, automation flows, inbox behavior, and reporting
- Subscription plans, invoices, payment methods, renewals, and billing notices
- Privacy requests, data deletion, security reports, and suspected abuse
Incident and security reports
If you believe an account is compromised, credentials are exposed, messages are being sent without authorization, or personal data may have been disclosed, email security@kshanaapi.com. Do not include exploit code or personal data beyond what is necessary to identify the issue.
We may ask you to verify account ownership before discussing workspace information or making account-level changes.
Third-party platform issues
Some incidents originate from Meta, WhatsApp, payment providers, email providers, cloud infrastructure, or customer configuration. We will provide the information available to us, but third-party review decisions, outages, and restoration timelines remain controlled by those providers.
