How does the free trial work?+
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day trial or 1,000 conversations, whichever comes first. No credit card is required to begin. After the trial, the workspace has a seven-day read-only grace period to add billing and continue service.
What happens when the trial ends?+
When the trial ends, sending is paused unless billing is activated. Your team can still review data during the grace period, update billing details, and choose the right plan before returning to active sending.
Why should I choose annual billing?+
Annual billing reduces the effective monthly cost by roughly 17% compared with paying month-to-month. It is the better fit when you already know the workspace will be used continuously.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and only charge the prorated difference. Downgrades are queued for the next billing cycle so your current access is not interrupted mid-cycle.
Can I buy individual capacity add-ons?+
